ebay promoted listings no impressions

Hi Everyone. I have a question about SPONSORED promoted. I just called ebay to ask why since November I HAVE DROP IN SALES? And I used to have Sponsored listings before( I still have promoted listings up to 7%). And I was told that SPONSORED and PROMOTED are completly different things. Ebay doesnt control Sponsored(the seller receives an invitation from 3rd party to do the ads). Im very confused. Because like I said before I set up a promotional campaign and I had a Sponsored listings. Does anyone knows information about SPONSORED promoted listings?

I’m currently trying to sell a new product but so far no sales. I’m the only one selling it. I’m using promoted listings at 10% . Should I increase it?

Can someone take a look at my listing and tell me what can I do to improve it ?
