Tip for you ebay sellers who have small limits:
I was just on the phone with an ebay representative and she told me that if you wait 45 days to call when asking for a listing limit increase (rather than 30) they'll give you a very large increase rather than a small one.
The example she gave was, "If you call after 30 days, I may only be able to increase you from 100 items to 115. If you wait 45 days though, I can increase from 100 to 200. That's just how our system works. I think it's because if you call every 30 days you look desperate and are a higher risk seller".
Thought that was very interesting. Would have helped me a ton when starting out!
