Hey guys, so I have a customer that wants a refund because the shipping is taking too long. Fedex seems to have delays shipping out the item. I've contacted them and they said the package has been prepared but Fedex has not yet received it. It's been 8 days so I'm concerned. What would you guys tell the customer and do in this situation? Any feedback helps, thank you!

 Is it within your estimated delivery date?

2. If yes, then let your buyer know that it's still within the timeframe. If not, let your buyer know that you can no longr cancel the shipment however once the item arrives to her location, you could give her a partial refund and keep the item or have her sent back the item first and give her a full refund.
