Problem in PayPal

Question

I live in Turkey.

I have tried to create a shop on the Shopify platform but I failed due to payments.

And now I've tried to create an account on ebay, but it's an PayPal account, and PayPal in Turkey is banned.

I hope there is a solution.

If PP is banned there, I suppose you should try VPN and a paid one, so you do clean jobs. There are also services that sell USA PP for $75 or something
