Ebay cause me alot of anxiety. Seller protection??? They only look at the buyers' interest and not sellers. I sold a UK king size bed to Denmark and it cost me £244 ($315) to ship that item. Now, the buyer wanted to return the item and claimed that the item is not as described and its not king size. So I asked for photographs. The buyer received the right King size but of course UK king size and not European King size. I am a UK seller and the dimensions is visible on my listing so the buyer should be aware of the size. But upon investigation, the king size bed in European bed size is 10cm wider than standard UK king size measurements. Its unfair to say that my item is not as described and the buyer is getting away with it. Its unfair to me for eBay to say I have to shoulder the return shipping fee and give the buyer a FULL REFUND. What should I do? That's an almost £500 ($645) alone for total shipping cost back and forth. My account is suspended so I'm broke and could not afford to pay a return shipping fee so probably the buyer will get her full refund of £640 ($845) and the bed. Can I take eBay to court?
